Now you can buy land via a mobile app in minutes

Plotted development company House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) has partnered with quick commerce firm Zepto to allow users to explore and book residential plots directly through the Zepto mobile app, in just a few minutes.

The companies said the aim is to make land buying simpler, faster and more transparent by bringing it onto a platform already used by millions of customers for everyday purchases.

Initially, HoABL will market premium plots in Vrindavan (Uttar Pradesh) and Neral (Maharashtra) through Zepto. Users can simply type “land” in the Zepto search bar, and they will be redirected to a dedicated page showing HoABL’s inventory. From there, they can browse available plots, make an enquiry and even pay a refundable token amount to reserve the plot. Follow-up payments will be staggered.
