Apple to open fourth India store in Pune on September 4

Apple is set to open its fourth official store in India, this time in Pune. 

The company has announced that the new retail space, named Apple Koregaon Park, will welcome customers from September 4 at 1PM. 

The launch comes only a few days before Apple’s annual global event, where the new iPhone 17 series is expected to be introduced. 

The opening of the Pune store shows Apple’s steady push to expand its retail presence in India.

After years of relying on authorised resellers and online sales, the company has been investing in physical outlets that allow users to directly experience its products. 

Mumbai was the first city to get an Apple Store in April 2023, followed by Delhi. Two more locations are now being added in quick succession — Bengaluru Hebbal and Pune Koregaon Park.
