Heart disease, often seen as a men's issue, presents differently in women, leading to missed or delayed diagnoses.

Women may experience heart attack symptoms like breathlessness, nausea, fatigue, and jaw or back pain instead of chest pain, which can be mistaken for indigestion or gas.

Risk factors include diabetes, high blood pressure, pregnancy complications, and hormonal changes. Awareness is declining, especially among younger women.

Timely recognition of exercise-related symptoms is crucial to prevent heart damage, emphasizing that heart disease is a significant women's health concern.
