Smriti Mandhana has been appointed captain of India's women's white-ball cricket teams, succeeding Harmanpreet Kaur who stepped down. A key player since 2013, Mandhana's leadership is proven through 18 T20I and 4 ODI captaincies and guiding Royal Challengers Bengaluru to two Women's Premier League titles.
