Arshdeep Singh, who has been in the squad but is yet to make his Test debut, was spotted with his bowling arm — the left — bandaged during the team’s training session on July 17.

The development comes at a time when the Indian camp is weighing their options carefully, having slipped 2-1 in the five-match series following a tough defeat at Lord’s. 

With the Shubman Gill-led side looking to level the series, any potential injury scare is bound to complicate team combinations further.
