Non-Violence the Only Solution to Palestinian Crisis, Says Sajith Premadasa

Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa said the power struggle between Palestine and Israel has become a humanitarian disaster and that non-violence is the only way to stop it.

In a post on X, he commented on Israel’s Security Cabinet approving PM Benjamin Netanyahu’s plan to bring Gaza under full Israeli military control.

He said the focus should be on preserving humanity rather than winning territory or resources, as losing humanity means losing everything.
