High Court stays Karnataka's move to shut Jan Aushadhi government hospital centres

The Karnataka High Court has stayed the operation of a government order issued by the state Health Department, which had directed the closure of all Jan Aushadhi Kendras functioning within government hospital premises. 

The court’s decision comes as a setback to the Karnataka government’s move against the centrally-run medicine scheme.
