The Canada Sri Lanka Business Chamber hosted a discussion in Colombo on women's economic empowerment and the sustainability of small and medium-sized enterprises.

The event brought together public and private sector leaders, entrepreneurs, and development partners from Sri Lanka, India, and Canada. Keynote speaker Dr. Hina Shah shared her experience in supporting women entrepreneurs and highlighted the importance of expanding market access, improving financial inclusion, and strengthening women-led businesses across the Indo-Pacific region.
