iPhone is now more affordable in India

Over the past decade, the iPhone has become more affordable in India despite seemingly high prices. Adjusted for inflation and income growth, the iPhone 17 costs less relative to the iPhone 7 launched in 2016. 

Apple, under CEO Tim Cook, maintained stable pricing through superior supply chain management and increased local manufacturing, avoiding price hikes amid global disruptions. 

Additionally, Apple's strategy of continuing to sell older models at reduced prices and offering discounts and EMI options has lowered the entry barrier for Indian consumers, boosting iPhone adoption.
