BCCI's anti-corruption unit to probe into RR manager for using phone in dugout

Rajasthan Royals manager Romi Bhinder is under investigation by the BCCI's Anti-Corruption Unit for using a mobile phone inside the dugout during an IPL 2026 match against Royal Challengers Bengaluru. 

This breaches the Players and Match Officials Area (PMOA) protocol, which bans phones in the dugout to prevent unfair communication. The incident, caught on camera and widely circulated on social media, has drawn criticism and may result in sanctions. The Anti-corruption unit will submit a report to decide appropriate action.
