French President Emmanuel Macron's wax statue has been stolen from a waxwork museum in Paris, news agency AFP reported.

The statue was allegedly taken away by several people claiming to be Greenpeace environmental activists.

The wax figure of the French President installed in Grevin Museum was unveiled in 2018. The piece was a key political attraction at the country's one of the oldest wax museums.
