Shahrukh Pathan, 2020 Delhi riots accused, granted 15-day interim bail

2020 North-east Delhi riots accused Shahrukh Pathan, who brandished a gun and pointed it at a police constable during the violence, was on Mar 7 granted a 15-day interim bail by the Karkardooma Court.

Pathan, who is currently lodged in Delhi's Tihar Jail, has been granted 15-day interim bail to attend to his father, who is not keeping well.

The court granted interim bail to Pathan on a personal bond of Rs 20,000 and a surety of the same amount.
