Canadians reconsider travel plans to United States amid uncertainty

.

A growing number of Canadians are rethinking their travel plans to the United States as concerns mount over political instability, economic fluctuations, and shifting border policies.

Travel agencies report a noticeable uptick in cancellations and inquiries about alternative destinations, with many citing unease following recent U.S. developments.

"We usually book a winter trip to Florida, but this year we’re looking at Mexico instead," said Toronto resident Lisa Carter.

Analysts suggest that while the U.S. remains a top destination for Canadians, heightened scrutiny at the border and unpredictable exchange rates may continue to influence travel decisions in the months ahead.
