Trump suspends military deportation flights
.

After taking office on January 20, US President Donald Trump launched a sweeping crackdown on illegal immigration, focusing on stringent checks at US-Mexico border and increasing deportations.
In his first month, Trump deported 37,660 individuals without legal status.
According to a report by the Wall Street Journal, the Trump administration has discontinued the use of military aircraft to transport migrants who entered the US illegally to Guantanamo Bay or other destinations.
The report highlighted that relying on military aircraft for deportations proved to be both costly and inefficient.
While the administration has yet to release detailed deportation data, it remains unclear how many of those deported were apprehended by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) within the US versus those detained at the border and quickly expelled.
